About Us
We are a registered Community Interest Company based in Colchester, Essex. We offer first- class accountancy and financial support for small to medium Charities, Community Interest Companies and Private Ltd Companies. We examine your processes and introduce bespoke solutions to increase your financial efficiency and effectiveness that will add value to your business beyond your financial operations.
While we engage in your work we train apprentices under close supervision of a Chartered Accountant. Our aim is to train young people in house with real accountancy work and support them in getting their qualifications from accredited institutions in their strive to become qualified accountants. Furthermore, when apprentices finish their programme along with their qualifications they will continue to be employed by us, enabling the business to grow as well as create further opportunities for young apprentices.
Our apprentices target group is inclusive of those who have Autism and any other communicative disorders. We also plan to employ disabled staff where possible and aim to become a disability confident employer in future.
We aim to offer a chance for individuals to overcome their various disabilities and to become proficient in their chosen field whilst closely matching their skills, hence creating employability and independence for disadvantaged youth.
About the Founder
Niketha Watson started her career working for not for profit organisations and carries extensive experience working in the private sector, social enterprise and International Aid Organisations Including, Imperial College, The University of Oxford and Oxfam. She would like to share the skill and the knowledge she earned among disadvantaged youth to create a decent profession like Accountancy. Niketha is a ACMA and CGMA by The Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy and carries a practice license by the same institute. She is also an Accredited Tax Advisor by The Institute of Financial Accountants
